Do you actually believe past Presidents have human int documents in their library or ones that can only be viewed in a special facility? If you think Presidential libraries contain Special Access Program documents, you are woefully uninformed. Also, declassified documents have to be available to FOIA requests so that would necessarily include all of the documents that Trump claims he declassified.

  14. The updated ruling from Judge Cannon after the 11th Circuit ruling actually prevents it from going to the SC. The DOJ is using the documents they own right now to investigate. They are checking fingerprints to try to see if Trumps janitor viewed the classified docs he had in his desk drawer beside his passports, for example.

He lied and said he gave them all back hence the search of Mar-a-largo which resulted in finding more. The empty folders with classified marking probably mean they were taken to other properties, stolen, or sold. And no, they aren’t declassified. Biden has the same power to reclassify since he is the current POTUS.

  37.  @michaelknight2897  Please try to understand the difference between classified information, which would be something like quoting from memory something that is in a classified document in an email. “John Smith gave us photos that helped us find Osama” would be an example of discussing classified info in email. A classified document carries much more weight. Like a signed home loan it’s an official source of documentation of information from the intelligence agencies. That quote about John Smith, the person reading it might just think it’s something Hillary overheard but it doesn’t carry the same weight of evidence. It could be hearsay or it could be true. Hillary did not hold onto classified documents after being asked to return all classified documents like Trump did.
