  2. Each of Trump's 'cases' have involved no actual crime but political attempts to remove him simply on a vote to say he was 'guilty' of what was never itemised. The US Constitution states that there shall be 'No Acts of Attainder', no evidence just a 'guilty verdict' by vote, which is what these procedures are actually being used for.
