  2.  @rosemarywoolley8394  Nope - it is the politicians and civil servants choosing to second guess the ECHR and then in the handful of decisions not 'cases' which have actually happened choosing to follow the decision. What EXACTLY i the ECHR going to do if ignored? The illegals lawyers claim theya re seeking 'refuge', from where they are from - well they would have refuge in Rwanda. The latest argument against Rwanda policy was that it was not in the ECHR jurisdiction. Since when did this count as an argument, nowhere outside Europe is and most of the illegals are not either. If we processed these people in South Georgia then as a BOT it is within the ECHR. This was why Priti Patel argued to use Ascension.
