  1. The 'E' in DEI - or DIE - as I call it, does not stand for 'equality' meaning 'equality before the law' or 'equality of opportunity'. It stands for 'Equity' or 'equality of outcome'. This is ANTI-meritocratic, and results in people being given jobs that they are not equipped to do.
