  1. I see the pattern, but how do we verify it from apophenia, or otherwise being dismissed as a conspiracy theory? Once verified as fact, what can we do with the information? Sure, report about it, but is what we're seeing something that should be handled as legal or criminal, and thus needing to get processed and taken to court? Something is off in open-source, and once we can clearly identify it, we'll have to figure how best to handle it.
