@anthony452 I have a better suggestion; Instead of comparing a project on one to the other, compare what happens when one doesn't work, to the other. What does it take to get back on track when things go wrong - which they inevitably will.
Out of the box is great, and all, for the average use case where it does actually work, but as soon as you experience an issue you need to consider whether overcoming that hurdle is worth 'saving time' on initial setup. My experience is that the savings average out to be a cost because its very rare that a tool, for work, is used exactly how the designer intended. Designers suck at predicting every single use case, so if there is no lenience for use-cases outside the design, your product is a hassle in a way that it really doesn't need to be.
In my opinion, its a matter of instant vs delayed gratification. Delayed is almost always better in the long run.
