  4.  @Vandal_Savage  If a Brit gets posted abroad and has a child, their child is a Brit and can claim the other country as a dual nationality in a lot of cases. Are the children born to the partners of servicemen serving abroad foreigners? Of course not.

Lots of evidence for this. He's managed to get The Times and Mail to ignore his latest indiscretion at work and him touting his mistress for a job in his department. The news media are supposed to hold these folks to account.
