The USA had defunded their pandemic preparedness plans under previous administrations and Fauci was trying to highlight this to the incoming administration. @garyjohnson.. I wish to make clear I mentioned my Autism in reference to my known IQ, which you queried. I am not disabled exactly, in fact quite the opposite in some areas, it is what it is. You have not offended me in any way with reference to my autism and I would wish you continued your opinions and posts if you wished to do so. If I used autism as a lever or divisive tool then I am the "tool" IMHO You may, or may not continue as you wish.
