  5.  @Maioubi  Interesting. I am a biological woman and I just imagined I had a penis. Result: I am totally fine with it. I don't care what genitals I have, it would not change my personality. Otherwise, if I could choose, I'd prefer to have those that give fewer problems, since I had a major PMDD and anaemia when I had my periods. Finally in my menopause and happy. Never had kids.
