This is NOT a SC Case. some one died in that building. that night. the tapes alone proved that witness lied when they stated they were at certain places when they were not. AS for immunity Read the constitution Art 2 the President of the US.has IMMUNITY from civil and Criminal suits that come from actions taken while in office . except acts of treason. Every President has been sued in the past and the DOJ has blocked the suits, with this clause.
