Roe v wade was not decided as presented. . It was made under PRIVACY. which is diff. matter. and has nothing to do with the present issues. The court will not touch Roe v Wade. The old standard was once a heart beat was heard you could not go forward with the process. that is Texas law. The dems are trying to call it something else"law" anything for fund raising. I don't know what is wrong with the law esp. with the advancement in birth control pills and even the day after pills, As for the court itself they have not always ruled one way or another, Roe v Wade is law and most likely will never be overturned.
