  1. Affirmative Action was begun in 1960' under Johnson Adm.along with the civil rights bill. At the time it seemed like a good idea. , but it has spawned a cottage industry of hustlers. including some bus. themselves. groups and people willing to claim things they are not.. It has been 50 years.
