@richardshortall5987 "Is it illegal?"
Depends on who you ask. Coutts doesn't like anyone digging into the issue.
Note that Coutts jumped to distract with an irrelevant dossier on Faraj's character, which looked done in haste by a junior staffer, on a Friday night, just before going to the pub.
Not one person who has half a brain, would accept that the Banks who are Bank of England credit, retailers, would be against the parent entity, Bank of England's "Black Wednesday" and "Brexit" Operations.
So there was zero political considerations.
Let me remind you why the Bank of England loves "Black Wednesday" and the "Brexit".
Remember 🇬🇧Lord William Rees-Mogg's🇬🇧 praise of Soros. He stated that Soros had “rescued” the UK; that Soros was a “benefactor of 🇬🇧Britain🇬🇧”; indeed, that a statue of Soros should be “erected in Parliament Square, opposite the Treasury.”
What Rose did was not illegal. She stated the reasons why they had to terminate his Business Account. She didn't disclose any personal details.
Let Faraj take her to court if you think he has a case. I personally think he should be paying her a cut, because he is going to gross out $10 Million on this non-story content. He gets $2K/minute to talk rubbish by Sky, GB and Fox. He is certainly not "damaged" by her statements.
