@randumrastogi A lot of the weakness lies in the Nehruvian colonial era echo system including the constitution!! The center/state powers & responsibilities, the internal security/intelligence, judicial system need to be remodeled/reformed to ensure today's' national security imperatives; NOT those of 1950's!!
