Congress's Raghuram Rajan had brought the Indian banking system to it's knees!! Rajan even spoke about the need to bring high denomination notes like Rs.10,000 as he/RBI expected a catastrophic hyper inflation. This was all due to Rajan's INCOMPETENCE + possible COLLUSION by his paymasters in India & Abroad!!
