  4. Correct!! A sensible view point! I would add that without India, both India & the US led west are vulnerable!! So for USA's own national interest, it must help India to balance China as also help it in Africa & the global south! Even if this cooperation makes India way more powerful, it's better than the world ruled by China or a combination of other rogue powers!!

If most Indians had some knowledge of history (not Congress/Nehruivian fake history!) they would know that China had invaded Tibet & Nehru helped him doing that and creating the problems we have today!! They would also know the history of Chinese border conflicts with all it's neighbors including Russia!! They would know that Chinese are busy renaming Russian cities & border zones in Chinese unlike Indian colonial echo system which eulogizes invaders & a colonial language!!
