  7. While some people may have use of COLONIAL language BUT as a POLICY, native languages must be promoted that are PROVEN to deliver better results for kids & their education!! It's SAD that we still have so many colonized SLAVES like you in the nation!! IF your argument had any TRUTH then France, Germany, Japan & even China.. where they HATE to speak in a foreign COLONIAL language, they should be as POOR as non English speaking Indians states!!
