None of my gay and lesbian friends go to pride events any more because they feel trans has taken over and excludes them.

Andrew, can you ask HG his take on this subject and narcissism next time you speak to him? He's mentioned it a couple of times in passing but I did a deep dive recently and the narcissism ques seem massive to me.

@Gumbleflump false equivilance. Racism and homophobia are unacceptable because they are acts of intolerance where those persons don't affect anyone else. Graham's point is that the trans lobby are demanding societal change that does affect other people and upends important norms like safeguarding women and children. Changing the norms has already resulted in predators taking advantage of the loopholes created and women and children being attacked in places where they should have been safe. Single sex spaces exist to protect women and children by excluding men with mental health issues, not to validate them. The trans lobby would have far more success by campaigning for third spaces to be created, rather than ignoring the very real safety issues of demanding that they're accommodated in spaces that exclude them for good reason.

Graham is speaking in defence of single sex spaces and women's safety. Those spaces were created to protect women by excluding men with issues who would attack them. Those spaces do not exist to validate men with issues.
