Technically, yes, it can be explained in a few seconds. UBI is the same as social programs, you give people money to spend and you put cheaper programs in place so that people can spend less and still have more money to spend. If the price of healthcare is lowered by 15000, then the person have 15000 more to spend as in how he doesn't have to spend it on healthcare. It's called math, I suggest you learn it, and also, those social programs had failed dramatically during the last decades. Clear, pal? Don't ask for other people's money, get a job.

@power 2 the people There's no such thing as global labor market because there is no global regulation of labour. What you're advocating for is unfair commerce, ever heard of dumping? You need to study more, kid, go back to school.

There's no such things called global labour market, there are separate labour market in different countries and companies that operates globally. But that is called unfair commerce, smaller countries are dumping on labor price to exploit other countries. If you know anything about economics, that is a bad thing, don't be cheerful just because you can exploit cheap labor, you're doing advantage for yourself but harming everybody else.
