  1. Technological advancement and invention is not because of capitalism, Fridman. It has been happening throughout human history regardless of political system. And the center of that advancement has shifted all over the place based on various circumstances. America technological lead is not because of capitalism, it's because of how America wasn't totally destroyed after WW2 and then poached every single talented scientists from the European countries, which was the former center of technological advancement. The compound effect of taking an enormous lead over everyone else by pure luck is not to be mistaken with superiority. Just like how the Europeans took a lead by pure luck with the birth of Galileo who started the scientific revolution. Before that, Europeans are relatively poor and unsophisticated

  3.  @Eng_Simoes  Those people flee here because to avoid the war and the US applied beneficiary policies that the other countries can not match because they were destroyed by the war. What do you call that? I guess you can call it dumb luck but I think that sounds worse
