The guy is a total whack. He claim that the 2014 protest is just a protest, it's a coup. Buddy, we have the tape of the US State Department planning the coup. The problem with Fridman format is that he interview people on things he knows very little about. Which means that the people there can absolutely lie without any counter argument. Get another expert that has the opposite opinion and let them have a civilized debate. Mearsheimer would shred this fella.

@DJ-jq8if Denial of US involvement in Ukrainian coup, that's a start. Second, the idea of Bolsheviks having to give Belarus and Ukrainians their territory as a part of compromise, that's insane. Those territories were under the Russian Empire for nearly 300 years. Nobody ever recognized that idea. The accepted idea and is admitted via Soviet Communist allies is that Lenin created those "countries", Belarus and Ukraine from the territory of the Russian Empire in order to create the illusion that the Soviet Union is a Union of different people uniting under the flag of Communism. Which of course is a lie. The aim of course is to absorb more countries into the Soviet Union based on the model of how Belarus and Ukraine is a part of the Soviet Union, when in fact, based on that extremely lengthy time and geographical location of being part of the Russian Empire, they have been converted to mostly Russian. 300 years is 10 generations, wake up.
