They're not getting chances because they're not opening to obtaining those chance, work 3 or 2 jobs for many years? If those jobs pays badly then change it, or is it they're not qualified then get a degree. The government made the most out of social benefits so that a person can do nothing and can still live, don't pay taxes, food stamps, hospitals actually taking care of you first before charging you for it. You think you know poverty, kid? Go to China, Vietnam, Thailand, that's poverty, you are just useless. There isn't much chance, well, there won't be any chance for you if you keep being you. Try to be better.
