  1. It means they want to spend more money that they never had, can never collect in the future, to satisfy their temporary needs. I'm all for it, the death of America as a superpower is long overdue. Blame FDR and Bill Clinton. If you just stop providing social services to people that did not contribute enough back to the system, then maybe you would end up with something sane. We can never have that, though. Logic is evil and patriarchal.
