Bernie is willing to pay his fair share. Billionaires aren't. Bernie voted against the Military Budget increase! Bernie has done a lot for the American people for decades from protesting for and with people for civil rights, gay rights, Native American rights, union workers rights, to taking people to Canada for cheaper meds, to starting a movement that helped stop Obama's proposed Social Security cuts, and more. Now what have you done for the American people? If anything?

"Bernie Sanders blasts 'shameful' proposal to increase military spending" "At a time when we spend more than the next 11 nations combined on defense, we should invest in healthcare, jobs, housing, and education--not more weapons of destruction," said Sen. Bernie Sanders." End of quotes. For sure the rich paying their fair share isn't going to fix all the problems but it's not just about that but about them not paying less on average than the middle class does in taxes. Bernie is only one person! For years he has tried to get more progressive people in huge numbers to let their voices be heard LOUDLY which has not happened enough to make any differences, either. Too many people expect one man to be able to do many things by his self while they sit back and did/do nothing. Most people wouldn't go up against what Bernie has for half the time he has while they sit on the guidelines like you and criticize!

@prepperstate9505 I supported Ron Paul when he ran for president as that was when I was a Republican even though I didn't agree with him on everything I did when it comes to war so don't be too quick to state who or what you think I am for or against! When I left the Republican party I became an Independent and I have NEVER been a Dem! Tulsi Gabbard has bounced back and forth in some of her policy views but if she was so against war she would not still be in the Military! Not to mention she voted for more Military Budget increases than Bernie! Don't sweep her imperfections under the rug. By the way I actually HELPED to get people to donate to Tulsi when she first started running in order for her to get enough to qualify for the debates. So you can stop assuming what you think I haven't done! Bernie has plainly said both Millionaires and Billionaires should pay more in taxes and has plainly said that would include him paying more! I have protested in behalf of Native Americans, against Social Security cuts, as well as against wars. There has been more protesting against wars than just as the Lincoln Memorial!! Bernie is not perfect but he has been against more wars than most of them. He voted against The Patriot Act that took some of our freedoms away while some Republicans even voted for it as well as some of his policies I agree with! I have also helped save families from losing their car, helped with buying Christmas gifts, etc. for children of poor families, as well as help out in other areas. So say again what you have done for people? My partner and many others in my family served in the Military but it was when there was the draft where they had no choice. There were/are many veterans for Bernie, too! I don't discount everything good someone does because they don't do everything the way I want them to like you are coming across as doing! I have looked up a lot about Bernie when I left the Republican Party before voting for him! You haven't named anything to come close to comparing with what Bernie has done for people for decades! Protesting against the war is a good thing you did but you sure didn't name anything else. Were you ever arrested for any of the protests you have been in?

Bernie has 3 homes. One of them they got from his wife inheriting a home from her family that they sold to buy their third home. BIG DEAL. What is Bernie's wealth compared to the other politicians? Not to mention Bernie didn't get his wealth until his later years AND FOR SURE NONE OF IT CAME FROM Wall Street or Big Pharma!
