@vitaliibraslavets About Communism vs Capitalism, it's no secret today that capitalism is killing the planet. Capitalism is the overproduction of goods for the sake of profits, unnecessarily polluting the Earth in the process, with the eventual goal being the complete depletion of the Earth's resources. Because our modern industries are just too efficient, we can literally produce enough food, goods, houses, schools, hospitals, etc for everyone on the Earth. Yet despite this, we still have starving people in the world, homeless people, illiteracy, people lacking access to healthcare, etc. Because under the capitalist system, the goods go to those who can afford it. Communism is the belief that every resource should be allocated to the people according to needs. As the Marxist saying goes: "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs." The Earth's resources are finite, and capitalism only seeks to exhaust the Earth's resources in pursuit of profit, whereas communism is committed to the idea of distributing resources according to needs. Sure, it's not a perfect system but it seems preferable to capitalism, which is overproduction for the sake of profits. What's the point of hoarding profit? When we all eventually die, can capitalists take their profits into the afterlife? No.

Actually, the official statement is that China claims the South China Sea Islands, not the waters. China allows Freedom of Navigation, so many merchant vessel and cargo ships pass through SCS everyday. But if U.S warship sails to within 12 NM of islands claimed by China, then China reserve the right to voice infringement on sovereign territory.

@gulamog5041 If you go and read Taiwan's own constitution, it says that Taiwan is part of China. Under their constitution, Taiwan claims all of mainland China (including Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Manchuria, etc) as their territory, including territory currently under the control of Mongolia, Burma (Myanmar), Bhutan, India, Japan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia and Tajikistan. And which doctors or whistleblowers did China kill and jailed, you tell me? Back in 2019, there was no confirmation of human-to-human transmission of the novel coronavirus. Human-to-human transmission was confirmed on 21st January 2020, and Wuhan entered lockdown shortly after. @dragonhero7975 It's sad that some Indians (but not all) choose to respond to China's achievements with resentment and jealousy. There are many things Indians can do to improve their country and make life better for themselves, yet some Indians choose to post hateful comments in response to China's methods.

@wnklee6878 Both are bad, but trade war is still preferable to military war. At least Trump didn't care about Hong Kong, Xinjiang and other internal issues of China, he's just concerned about his economic deal with China. But the new Biden administration not only pursue so-call "human rights issue" with China, but Biden did not remove any of Trump's previous tariffs or sanctions.

@remusoctavianmocanu2885 Agreed. Previously, Joe Biden voted in favor of the Iraq War, arguing strongly in favor of the 2002 resolution granting President Bush the authority to invade Iraq. Biden himself had enormous influence as chair of the Senate committee on foreign relations and he mainly chose people who supported a pro-war position. That's his war-time record in the past, who knows if he will continue this record as POTUS

Frankly speaking though, Trump is one of the few U.S presidents to not start a hot war during his term. In fact, Trump facilitated the U.S withdrawal from Afghanistan, although Trump administration didn't carry it out, it was Biden administration that botched the withdrawal.

@normantang7456 Agreed, almost everyone agrees that the U.S needs to get out of Afghanistan, but not on the way it was handled. The U.S's democratic experiment has failed in Afghanistan, after 20 years and pouring trillions of dollars, the democratically elected Afghan government collapsed like a house of cards, the elected Afghan president Ghani fled with cars full of American cash, and the 300,000 strong Afghan Army surrendered to the Taliban without a fight. If anything, this shows that imposing Western-style democracy onto an unwilling country doesn't necessarily mean the country will be successful as a Western democracy.

USA is bombing in those Middle Eastern countries and enacting regime change by cutting off their "heads" (Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, etc) and then installing their own US puppet governments in place. If anything, it sounds like the United States is the real threat to global peace and stability here.

Whereas, Biden is arguably even worse, he's rallying the U.S allies and forming an anti-China alliance, and pursuing so-called "human rights" front against China. I would bet that under Biden, U.S and China are more closer to potential war than during the Trump administration.

Then how is ROC the real China while the CPC isn't?

The UN General Assembly Resolution 2758 was passed in response to the UN General Assembly Resolution 1668 that required any change in China's representation in the UN be determined by a two-thirds vote referring to Article 18 of the UN Charter. The poll results were as follows: -76 voted for -35 voted against -17 abstained -3 non-voting ...
