  5.  @whocares5108  I know your point, pragmatic federalism... I don't really know what federalism means in terms of constitution... the USA has state rights and federal rights... I am guessing something similar is what you propose? Local tax laws but the United states goes to war together?? Maybe that is the price to pay to stop complete break up of UK as a concept? Bigger decision than Brexit though...or at least as big...
