  2. I hike a lot in the Monongahela National Forest in WV. In areas where no motorized vehicle is allowed, approve has been given for either horses or mules pulling rubber-tired wagons, pack animals too. Are they allowing you any motorized use to your property. As an aside you might investigate the chain of title to check on the right of way.
