  1. How did you determine how many outlets per room you would install? Are you using gang boxes on separate circuits in the kitchen? I built my cabin in a rural area but like you and was lucky enough to be able to have power. Looking good Kyle! That will be a wonderful family home.

  2.  @KYLESCABIN  Sounds good. Well if you want to make any changes now would be easier than later. Drywall is easy to fix. I RV in a small camper too and use solar and a small inverter generator to power what I need. Some parks have electric too. You just learn the amount of watts that each appliance draws. Kitchens seem to have the big draws what with stuff people use. Where my place is in the WV mountains we lose power with storms, etc. so I keep a Westinghouse 7500 watt gas generator too with a Reliance switch to keep minimal stuff working like a well pump, some heat, refrigerator and a bunch of low draw stuff like ceiling fans, and lights. Keep doing what works for you two and your needs. I’m 74 so my needs are different. Good idea with the chickens, eggs and meat when you want it. Build a good coop as the predators love the birds. My neighbors have chickens and they free roam during the day and then they put them up at night. Fresh eggs can’t be beat!!! You and Cierra have a blessing in that Skeeter too. Ok, keep making it happen, “steady as she goes” was the old nautical term which meant to hold your present course. You guys are sure doing that. Best to you all and thanks for answering my comments.
