  3. So many febrile and clueless commenters in these threads. Where has his wife or friends said "he was unwell"? I can't find ANY reference to this "unwell" nonsense from those who were present...simply boneheaded speculation from the gutter MSM then repeated by the sheep until it becomes "the truth". What I have read is he'd swam at the Agia Nikolios beach (thereby affecting his natural ability to gauge the ambient air temperature due to the cooling effect of the water),then chose to walk a reasonable short (~3km) back to their accomodation. He had an umbrella as sun protection, and possibly water in his small rucksack, he simply underestimated the conditions, became affected by heat stroke as he made his way from the beach and through Pedi, where disorientation set in which caused him to then take the wrong turn which then led him onto the barren, rocky scorching headland in the OPPOSITE direction from which he originally intended to go, then struggled on to the ONLY habitation he saw as he crossed that burning hell, and succumbed to extreme dehydration at the threshold of that refuge. The complete ignorance of SO many commenters as to the effects of heatstroke makes me wonder how we don't lose HUNDREDS of these ignoarant people every week in the Meditteranean summer.
