  2. "easy to steal"... nonsense. The Prewar Polish decipering efforts which came to fruition in 1937-38 were largely derailed when the Germans introduced a further 2 differently wired rotors to the system. It took a GREAT amount of effort to CAPTURE a complete set of rotors from the German forces.
