  1. I've had the opposite problem in the past. Driving in my car (at the speed limit) I turned into a road and was confronted with another unmarked car travelling in the same direction but crawling along at walking speed and veering into the kerbside and then out into the middle of the lane several times, when it was safe to do so I overtook the vehicle only to immediately be pursued (at the speed limit) by the vehicle flashing its main beams repeatedly at me and twice beeping its horn. I carried on to my house which was a few hundred yards away and as I pulled up to reverse into my drive was stopped from doing so by this idiot in the other car pulling up right behind me. I got out to ask him to move from my driveway and was confronted by what I can only describe as a power crazed inadequate in an ill-fitting PCSO outfit complete with paramilitary stab jacket that looked as if he'd borrowed it off his dad. He and his disinterested "oppo" who spent the next 10 minutes messing with his mobile phone (probably playing "Crossy road") attempted to intimidate me for having safely overtaken him. Needless to say 10 minutes later he drove off sheepishly after not having received the trembling submission he'd expected, instead having been given the "Hairdrier treatment". Where do they get these inadequates from?
