  8. The cost to the public purse has been MILLIONS spent on this search that could have been spent elsewhere. IF people want to do activities like this, which I VERY much believe they should be able to, they and their family should be made to sign a disclaimer waiving search and rescue at ENORMOUS cost to the taxpayer.

  9. Supposedly the ballast dumping system was automatic and needed no human input... BUT a ballast dumping system is useless when the only part of the system that possessed positive bouyancy (the crew capsule) has instantaneously imploded.
