My uncle, who passed away 2 years ago was a member of the RAE (Royal Aircraft Estabishment) at Farnborough in Kent, UK during WW2. He was one day ordered to stabilise a Spitfire V that was having its guns (including 2 x 20mm hispano MkII cannons) synchronised. He said that after the firing had concluded he collapsed and when he came round minutes later in the first aid hut, he had blood pouring from both his ears. He had to wait until 1987 to receive a disability pension from the UK Govt for the damaged hearing he suffered with all of his adult life as a result of the incident. I imagine this would cause similar damage.

Non military industries were quickly adapted to switch their production to military purposes. Another example was the allies Mk 24 mine which was actually an acoustic homing torpedo (known as "FIDO") which was used against diving U-boats in WW2 and which was powered by a 7.5 hp off-the-shelf General Electric Washing Machine electric motor.

PIAT had some weaknesses, meh range, and bit of a beast to re-cock, but it had a decent enough shaped charge warhead, was more easily man portable, and most vitally didn't kick up ANY dust in a backblast to give away your position to all and sundry, a big factor in urban combat.

World socialism on the rise. Forget all the smoke and mirrors regarding the supposed rise in fascism. Any such rise is directly a gut reaction of many people to the cold dead hand of globalist socialism reaching further and further into our lives to remove our freedom to think and decide of our own free choice. You want to see what the society of the future will look like? Watch some videos regarding socialist "social engineering" in the 1920s and 30s. P.S Thanks for the "heads up" regarding Utreon. Not seen it before but it does immediately look very professional, with hopefully the potential to challenge the dreadful YT hegemony in the future.

The whole problem is based on a sad realisation of your own mortality, and the fact that basically what has been a MAJOR part of an individual's "raison d'etre", is NOT necessarily of the same importance to someone else. It's the fact that what YOU and your passions have assembled over the course of a lifetime will not be kept as a single entity and inevitably your life's work will be disassembled back into its original constituent parts that fills some people with unbearable existential pain. Read Percy Bysshe Shelley's poem "Ozymandias" to see the process illustrated beautifully.

@brainkill7034 A commercial washing machine motor. for large commercial washers, for use at say prisons, coal mines or other establishments that would generate a large volume of dirty laundry.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, experience will soon teach the silly dupes who fall for it to wise up. It seems we need to update the old adage "There's one born every minute" to "there's one born every second" nowadays.
