  2. Actually, if Hitler would say otherwise, he would technically be correct. At the start of the war. (Mind you, at the start of the war) US and USSR were not the powehouses that they turned out to be. US did not even have proper tanks. Or no tanks at all, so to say, Nor did they have the 'experienced' generals that France and Britain were thought to have.
