On the ford, and i had to do this on my 40 year old sons car, 2005 acura tl, pull the cooling package and bring it out the frt, it might also come out the wheel well The guys going to take it home buy a cheapo reman and try to do it in his driveway finding out he doesn't have the tools or skills. The jeep, just slap him upside the head he's too stupid to own a car. You might pinch off a brake line to get home, but its not a permently repair.

If i rolled a vehicle into my shop where my wife and kids are and 10's of thousands of dollars worth of my tools, and i seen an unsafe un fused wire connected to the positive side of the battery on a negative ground vehicle first thing id do is cut the wire at the battery. I would not risk my life and my families life and livelihood on anyones automobile. You know as well as i do if that wire shorts to ground as your working on the jeep there is noting you can do to stop a fire short of grabbing the red-hot wire by hand to pull it loose as a normal human response, oh you say it runs alongside the soft fuel line. Yep not gonna happen.

  7. 22:03 both cars are in need of work, Both cars are shown, and the defects pointed out, clearly Rays onto something here documenting the obvious defects So the service manager can point them out to a customer, showing work being done and proof it was done. Now i know the jeep is going to cost a lot of beans to fix, however Rays shop is a small business He can't set up payment plans Its up to the customer to find his/her own funding. However some of the work on the jeep is urgent, if the jeep came into mo because of state safety inspections it could be impounded by hwy patrol as unsafe. It does not belong on the road. You put your life at risk, but it also puts every other car and pedestrian at risk of injury or death. You want to take it off-road fine keep it on your farm. The ford, that altonator will leave you stranded. Broke down on the road calling a tow truck.
