  1. Ok here is my idea about the shop, add a European floor lift in the enter way of the main shop. A aliment rack in the new part of the garage, and a 2 post lift at its entrance but your going to need a 16x10 door added to the new shop area. A tire machine, and balancer. Brake lathe and spring compressor. I remember a body shop owner who had a spring compressor that used compressed air. I dont think thats safe, a safe way to do it is a hydrlic pump and clamp style compressor that has a safty lock system, you could have one built The pump could both run your 1 ton press and a spring compressor. All you need is a pump, lines and a hydrlic 2 way ram, this could easily be a 3 ton system You'll also need a valve body, these parts are used on heavy equipment like a cat Or bobcat. Find a broken one and rebuild it. Most the times is blowen out rubber seals. Id also turn one of the big slop sinks into a parts cleaner. Just take off the water faucet and water drain pipe, it dranins into a tank you put a pump into this pumps into the sink you can use a plug or whatever also you can add a filter system.
