  2. A failed new part, does cost you and ill tell you why. If your replacing failed new parts. Its taking away time you could be making money. No money to be made fixing the same thing twice but only being paid once to do it. You loose out 3 times on it. If you fix it and get paid Thats once It breaks. You have to find out what it was Time you could use on something that makes money. Thats twice You replace it Thats three times. So yes a failed new part cost you. My uncle owned a large machine shop When ever somone scraped a part thats how he figured the time on it. This was a multi million dollar a year bussines. It failed. Tax problems stretched too much credit, wasnt getting enough work. Very high overhead.
