  1. Well I belive you can make money with it, but you can look at this sevral ways, Hire a full time driver to run the rig. Or just use it to pick up disabled vehicles to bring to the shop. The question is if your picking something up. Then your not working on something You've got to decide do you make more off doing repairs or picking up broken cars and trucks. Or the last option is fix it up to sell? Or rent it out, the rent it out to someone who will run a business with it is always a valid option. He pays for gas insurance His liability comercial bussines license And takes full responsibility for it, you get rent for the use. Still own it and a tow truck at your disposal when you need it. This could be a profitable way to go, with little risk to you and he has to earn his own keep.

  3. How would Ray's best profitability path be, hire someone. Only use himself, or rent it out with that person taking full liability for every aspect ? Or fix it up and sell it? I think the rent it out is the best options, He rents it on a set price and 10% of the guys bussines. But I dont know what you can make with one, I assume a good drive can make enough to pay the 50 to 60k they cost new and cover all the expenses it cost.

  4. Lol, I just love the radio back strap design attachments holding the radio in the dash and the glove box door closed. Ray if you didn't know I belive that dash can be taken out and the next model type dash installed in that truck, not sure how tough a job it is but the newer dashes like your truck are a lot better looking. I believe Gm used up older style parts on service vehicles like said tow truck and oddball stuff becuse they had a bunch of spair parts to use up. Your dully has a lot better design dash. That tow trucks dash always sucked. You might even be able to change the door skins inside and add door speakers as well as the seats. A pair of bucket seats might be better or just the drivers seat and a tool box on the passenger side. Then you could use it as roadside repairs or tow. Why bring somthing back to the shop if its a 15 min fix.
