And in Thailand they should not speak so well English and I am from Germany 🤔 So perhaps I should also give a try to the Philippines. Do you live in Asia? Greetings 😊👋

@ddillard143 Ok. Very interesting. At the moment I only look for a good place to retire. I plan to stick to my investments in stocks. Buying property, if possible as a foreigner, is not a priority for me at the moment. I wish you good luck and thank you very much. 🍀👍😊👏
