  2. This is why I suggested putting them on cruise ships anchored offshore, but within our territory, while their immigration requests are being processed. The ECHR/Supreme Court cannot make objections based on claims that they are being deported, as they did with the Rwanda scheme, because they are within British waters. Yet they do not set foot in our country and cannot cause trouble for the citizens here. Moreover, being put on a cruise ship will be a deterrent.

  3. I am actually serious. We managed to get 500 asylum seekers, whatever you call them, onto the Bibi Stockholm. All I am suggesting is that it is put a bit further from the coast. If they don't want to wait for their claim to be processed, then they can say they want to go home, and there will be no problem finding them when if their claim is rejected. People pay good money to spend months on cruise ships.
