@notsure6187 A Microsoft transplant, from Seattle to Boston, spent a good hour, expressing his trauma from culture shock. Another from So. Cal., after a year here, said he got it, they've no interest in going out with you for a beer after work, but they're there for you if your car won't start. ;)

@notsure6187 A NY'er coworker complainted, Boston is "cold". Er? He said at least in NYC if you drop your keys, someone will yell after you, "Hey! Dumbass! Dropped your keys.", while no one will in Boston, they're too busy 'minding their own business'.
