  5. I feel for you. Sold my business in 2018 and avoided a lot of this ESG/green/dei crap. At the end of the day the business needs to perform. I don't care who does the job. I don't care what color your skin is. I don't care where you came from. I care whether or not your competent and you have a good attitude and are a team player. DEI throws that out the window.

  6. Not from what I've seen. Invest in a bunch of green companies and you'll lose your shirt right now. The most underperforming funds on the market. But feel free to dump all your money in there if you want to come out broke on the other end.
