  1. A lot more people are dying under the government's free drug program. If you research it you'll see that Portugal did it properly and BC is doing it improperly. That's why downtown Vancouver is a disaster.

  2. Those programs aren't working. Handing out free drugs to drug addicts is like handing out alcohol to alcoholics. It doesn't work. Portugal pulled it off. BC is blowing it big time because they're not using the same strategy.
