All money given to street unsheltered homeless goes for fentanyl and makes cartels and China that much happier. They do not need money for food or water. They take any water and food from stores unopposed. All employees are instructed just to ignore store theft, and police does not even show up for store theft any longer. Street unsheltered homeless also steal other items from store just to sell for fentanyl pills. That's called boosting. We will never reduce street homelessness without reducing the amount of fentanyl and P2P based meth on our streets. Nowadays, street unsheltered homeless are fentanyl addicts. After only one dosage of P2P based meth, human experiences paranoia and/or schizophrenia. Synthetic street drugs destroy humans mentally and physically beyond the point of repair very quickly.

@shac9131 you are a unicorn 🦄. Where I live all street homeless are fentanyl addicts literally 💯. Maybe, it's little bit better where you live at. Good luck to you. Can you move somewhere where it's affordable by any chance?

@shac9131 the difference now is fentanyl and plethora of other nasty synthetic drugs turn humans into zombies very quickly. Rich can not be fentanyl addicts for long time. They either die from overdose, or destroy everything and start living as homeless fentanyl addicts. Millions will die from fentanyl and P2P based meth overdose in the states just in this decade.

@shac9131 chemical used to make meth. Supposedly, it stinks a lot. Decades ago, criminals used to somehow extract it from oil for electric transformers. Now, it all cartels buy from China and even from India and Singapore. Nowadays meth is much worse than 15 years ago. All chemicals including drugs keep evolving as we speak. Our law enforcement barely keeps up with drugs evolution.

@shac9131 cops don't do anything because of two reasons. They were sued so many times that now they only react if they 100% know no one will sue. Also, many judges just release criminals back to the streets literally following day. So, why would cops arrest someone who is gonna be released following day. It's not worth it. Where i live a woman with her kid was caught having large amount of money and 836 fentanyl pills. She was fentanyl dealer. Who knows how many people died because of what she did, and how many families were ruined. Guess what, she was guilty, and the sentence was two days in jail. I am almost certain she is dealing fentanyl again, and laughing at our judicial system.

@shac9131 it's not even just like that simple. I am next to Texas which still sort of holds dealers and other criminals accountable. So, when criminals get caught in Texas they are very likely to serve some expected sentence, but when they get out, they move to my state because here judges are too lenient, so it's worse for us. The same crime import is happening in California.
