You don't conclude war crimes by viewing from only one direction.....are there fighters inside, around,or under that hospital?.....if yes then your war crime hypothesis is out the window.

@inmyopinion651 If combatants fire at you from a health care facility in a conflict zone it is allowed to return fire at the Combatant ..... The war crime is against the side using the health facility as a staging ground for military offensives .

@najmaalikhan The law does not recognize your sentiment or which side you are on.....The law recognize fact and concrete evidence.....I said "IF" it is established that fighters used that health facility as a staging ground for attacks on the enemy then it will be hard to get a case for war crime against the same enemy........the law does not recognize your emotions!

@Israfil4178 I don't think the UN will be willing to risk the lives of it's men by placing boots on a hostile area like that now......But I know the UN and the whole world will see whatever is under that hospital when the IDF finally take control of that facility.

Then why are the IDF so interested in the hospitals?..... Killing sick and wounded people has no strategic military importance..... something is not just right here.

It's clear something is going on inside those hospitals.....Why don't the medical director negotiate with the IDF for them to come inside and search the inside?.....why are the IDF shooting into the hospital if they are not shot at?.....Why are this doctors acting like the clinic is some sort of Alamo or something?...... something doesn't just seem right to me here.....The weeks ahead will be very interesting because the IDF will eventually take that hospital.

Palestinians where told to move south weeks ago but waited until the IDF sorrounded Gaza city before they could move.....It's clear Hamas was threatening them not to move south.

@Israfil4178 I think the IDF is the one under pressure to expose the truth now.....IDF has crossed the red line and the only way to save face is to totally take control of the hospital and expose whatever is there to the world to see......if IDF backs out now then the narrative of them Attacking hospitals will sail smoothly and it will stain their reputation in the international community.

@starfighter27990 Hamas is exploiting the law by building majority of it's military installations under hospitals, mosques and residential areas.....They want to blackmail the law and turn it's hands against Israel.....I think most Government secret agencies like the CIA,MI6,KGB and more know about this facilities hence their silence in this whole IDF offensive......The truth will be out soon.

@Hari-tv The IDF has very credible intelligence confirmed by the CIA that there are tunnel networks beneath the shifa hospital.....Do you think the only reason the staff of that hospital refuse to leave is the babies in incubators or sick people?......Does the Hamas run health ministry really care for it's citizens that much?.......We have gotten to a stage of no return and the only way out now is for the IDF to take control of the hospital and expose whatever is under that place.

@jhegre excuse me Nobody is defending anything here dude...is this a law court?..... only telling you guys the reality please.....Both sides have committed murder against each other..... hamas started it and Isreal is finishing it ..... Thinking the whole law will just be against Isreal inorder to please your likes is a like a wet dream......I am only trying to wake you guys up from that dream.....the law does not work in that way.

@shaphyshaphy there are many places to get Palestinians killed by Airstrike why the hospital of all places?......If Isreal wanted to kill 50000 Palestinians in 30 minutes they have the fire power to do it why the hospital of all places?......If Isreal wanted to commit Genocide and hide it,they can surely do it the hospital of all places?......Why that hospital where the whole world will see them do it?

That hospital is being treated as an Alamo by Hamas but using the health ministry as a smoke screen.....why is it so difficult to surrender and allow IDF search the hospital thoroughly?.....the place is sorrounded and cut off why still holding your ground and looking for sympathy?..... something is definitely wrong with that place.....The IDF knows this.
