Targeting medical facilities is a not a war crime if the enemy is using such facilities for military purposes.....It's called military necessity.

@CringePajith endangering the lives of thousands of innocent Palestinians just to get a case of war crime against Israel is the dumbest thing to do....... Isreal is not even a signatory to the ICC...... before you Ask people to value the lives of Palestinians you must first of all value the lives of Palestinians.

@shaunshaikh8617 Gun fire raining From a particular direction and rockets from a particular direction is not what you can hide my good friend.....Gaza is the field and everyone in the world knows that it's two teams playing on that field.....stop this victim mentality and advise hamas to protect those they claim to be fighting for.

@Saumie To get a case for war crime isn't that easy because war itself is a crime and it was never meant to be clean ....... every war that has occurred since the Geneva convention has been characterised by accusations of war crimes from all sides......There is clear evidence already that the IDF recieved fire from inside those clinics and there is also evidence that proves that the clinic was used to house hostages at one time or the other during this war.......it will be very hard to get a case of war crime......Hamas should be more focused on protecting the lives of Palestinians instead of wasting the lives of Palestinians just to prove a war crime on Isreal.
