When adopted the M07/12 fired at 400rpm. But during WW1 this was increased to 580rpm, by fitting a stronger recoil spring. The M07/12 was built in 8x50mmR. But many were converted to other calibres after WW1: by Bulgaria to 7.62x54R, Czechslovakia and Romania to 7.92x57mm, and Hungary to 8x56mmR.

Didn't the Swedes use the same tripod design for their Ksp m/14-29 Brownings?

When the M07/12 entered service the rate of fire was 400rpm. While the MG08 fired at 450-500rpm. During WW1 the k.u.k. fitted a stronger recoil spring to the M07/12 which increased the rate to 580rpm. I don't know if this was a retrofit or just on new guns.
