Nigel should move his banking to Poland. Ben Habib did it for all his Polish factories. It's easily done. You don't even have to have official residency. I did it when I was in Poland even before I had a residency card. Polish banks can have GBP accounts, EUR and USD. So the money doesn't have to be exchanged/converted.
