  2. They are UNSPECIALISED. They are paid what they are WORTH. They are WORTH VERY LITTLE. They are STRAIGHT OUT OF MED UNI. They know NOTHING. They can have up to 10 years of residency to complete after Foundation Programme. I know. I have researched it while going through med uni in Europe.

  3. IMPOSSIBLE. They are NOT going to US/CANADA or anywhere else before they finish residency because they will NOT be permitted to work independently without having specialised. I know, I live here. And I also know that as a med graduate that you cannot get into US/Canada for residency, there is no space. The only possibility is to specialise in the UK FIRST, then transfer and write the specialisation exams abroad. Some still can't manage, if they don't pass the exams. But that's the only avenue.
