I agree, don't send me to hospital I want my area where I'm in control. As far as my arm will go, that's home.

though a week ago: waves generate huge gravitational effects tearing electrons off water molecules which charges the air with electrons (negative ions) when breathed elevates ones mood positively.

you have an unmistakable pride of ownership in this vehicle on your face. Congrats on a solid find. It must be peppy; its engine and gas tank are the same as my pilot. You can easily haul a good sized trailer if you so wish.

wow, went close by my house on this one. You're finding my secret special places in Cutten and area. The baseball park is a favorite place to eat my Stars cheese burgers for lunch. This is also part of the new McKay Redwood Track park. I guess you did not get to Falk(ghost town) in the Headwaters Forest. Also did not get to the unpaved trail which goes up to the Redwoods. That is the site of the last protests confronting the logging Co. and stopping the destruction of the big trees. I am glad you found my favorite flower garden by the zoo with all the Dahlias. Over all a really good one Scott, thanks.

Glad you chose Clam Beach for your grooming. You brought some remarkably fine weather with you. Great spot for photographing beach, ocean, and Trinidad Head. Scott scores AGAIN!!!!

I know what you mean about Humboldt and you touched on it last fall. I very carefully selected Eureka as a final home place. You are welcome to Home Base here too. I welcome you and will not guide you unless requested(not likely). You will share what you want and other wise will not. Enjoy the weather, the coffee, the art, the local produce, the shopping, the people, the sleeping places, and living within the National Park wonderland we call Humboldt.

I respect your wanting to replace the van yourself. Keeping mind I can statically donate.

Scott. Other than being a bit short, I see nothing wrong with the cut. Enchilada look like a stack of hot cakes, interesting. Enjoy in Sonoma. HBA Dave

raining in Eureka seems you found a drier environment.

glad you're enjoying HBA and the weather. (me too though going to get hot this coming week;70) No where near Trinidad to park overnight? I'm not going to suggest anything, I know better. Good to see the Fogline coffee bag again (so attractively colored and there are ridgeline views like on the bag, so Humboldt), chirp. Once again wb

no salmon fishing right now, over fished

I hear you about crowded conditions. SR in 1950 had a pop of 18K was 71K when I left there in'75, now 179K in town built for 60k. Loving HBA with total 45k and Eureka 28k :) You're not going to find much clear weather as we move into the new winter.(climate change) but more likely there than here. If you want to become static go west young man. HBA Dave

While in the SR area please try the Franco American Bakery French bread and Sourdough, oh my gawd, delicious.

hey Scott

that was a nice spot at the end....the water sounds really put it over the top.

Welcome back to my favorite place. There are so many Victorian buildings to enjoy. I'm not going to make recommendations but since I know you better, I want to warn you off of a place I had recommended, Table Bluff. Forget I had mentioned it. I like that Fort Humboldt but U.S. Grant detested it when he was stationed here. Was that Fogline coffee? I do believe spring has sprung in the beautiful HBA - Dave

cool, I really like Moonstone and Little River and am glad you do too. I used to love walking in fog like that on the beach. I enjoy that drive from there north to Trinidad via Scenic Dr past Houda Cove, Luffenholtz Beach, Baker Beach. Then on past Trinidad park to Sue-Meg Park via Stagecoach road/Pacific Point road is so cool. I was glad you bought the local grass fed beef and the your cooking again forced me to pick up the phone and call B**e's and order take out. Your tacos always really look good. I'm concerned about that transmission.

for the sake of too many comments, no comment

your lunch! that dish has been passed down generation to generation in my family. Ive always used fresh cubed tomatoes. Never though of spaghetti sauce. Have to try it.

wb again to HBA and especially Trinidad. I half expected you to have a bag of Fogline. I'll be glad to remind you that it doesn't rain in Seattle area. Here in Eureka, there was a downpour of rain last week, 1/10 inch delivered at 1 inch per hour.

Scott, was thinking of you as I try to endure such a hot evening... 59 degrees, too hot. HBA 😅

When you do I hope the frogs are still croaking. 😅 @StaticCamperVanÂ

Oooooh, the exchanges in comments is what threw me off, I still do not fully understand these YouTube channel programs(newbie). Then , never mind. Understood, the livestreams seem like a waste of time. @StaticCamperVanÂ

Glad you have found your niche, van life. Since you enjoy Trinidad so much (and who could blame you) 2 facts for you. 1920-1927 a whaling station at Trinidad rendered whales into whale products (blubber, oil, etc.) Also, Cal Poly maintains a Marine Lab there which is also open to the public. Sleep well. HBAD

just cleaned my closet out today...how's SR?

Sebastopol, ah. I recall the short train that ran down main st twice a day amongst the traffic. Try going west 16 miles to beautiful Bodega Bay through very pleasant country side.

well you asked and the answer is YES! Oh dear 63 high and 58 outside right now, clear blues. HBA
